Color coding didn't do the trick, the Feds now say;
Terrorists are color- blind and will not go away.
Maybe hats would be a source of quick communication,
When the bombs are going off around our quaking nation.
When the threat is minimal a baseball cap is good;
When the level's higher we can all pull on a hood.
At its height, when under siege by gunmen or Blue Meanie
I think Obama ought to wear a red and white stripped beanie.
